TFAS Compliance Services launch dedicated Vulnerable Clients Hub

We're pleased to announce the launch of our Vulnerable Clients Hub, a comprehensive online resource designed to help advisers better identify, support, and serve clients in vulnerable circumstances.

The launch was announced live during a specialist webinar on 5th March 2026, hosted by TFAS Chief Commercial Officer Richard Ardron, bringing together TFAS Compliance’s experts with partner organisations MyCareConsultant, Just Group plc and Comentis, to explore best practice in vulnerability. Attendees heard from Marjolaine Quirke, Managing Director of TFAS Compliance Services, who outlined the regulatory and Consumer Duty obligations advisers had to meet and provided practical guidance and advice for firms. Alongside leaders at those partner organisations, Quirke discussed practical strategies for supporting clients with care needs and strengthening later-life planning outcomes.

The Vulnerable Clients Hub provides advisers with a single access point for:

• Practical guidance and compliant processes for identifying and managing vulnerability

• Access to specialist support to review policies and improve practical application in client servicing

• Direct access to Comentis’ technology enabling objective, online vulnerability assessments

• Information and expert guidance from My Care Consultant in navigating care planning and later-life decisions

• Access to training materials and the opportunity to complete a recognised qualification delivered in partnership with Just Group
